  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

To provide an efficient and friendly service to customers in all areas of the operations
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer requests & complaints
Coordinate / Manage daily restaurant operations
Coordinate and work closely with the Chefs
Take bar-stock and count
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste



REQUIREMENTS:

Proven work experience as a service crew or a similar role
Proven customer service experience
Good food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
Ability to adhere to all health & safety practices
High levels of personal hygiene and appearance
