Working Hours: Monday - Friday @ 7:30am to 4:30pm
Working Location: Woodlands
Job Responsibilities:
Packing of semiconductor machines/sub-assembly/modules, utilizes routine work orders, receives parts and performs audits to ensure all necessary parts are available before handing over to shipping department.
Maintains a secure, safe, clean and healthy work environment. Attends required health and safety training and follows safety and security policies, procedures and practices. Promptly reports accidents, injuries, safety hazards, or emergencies to supervisor or Safety dept.
Functional Knowledge:
Read, interpret, and apply Warehouse Management System order instructions.
Key parts and materials received into computer system and print packing lists.
Check incoming material for accuracy against receiving paper documentation work order numbers.
Ensure assigned work area has appropriate and ample materials at all times.
Feedback on material flow problems, determines causes, suggest corrective actions such as the design of mistake-proof distribution processes, simplification of sight recognition of parts, shortening of distances, timing of deliveries.
Support Return-to-store (RTS) activities
Support safety initiatives and help to maintain safety awareness at the plant.
Good team player and understand of how the team integrates.
Requirements:

Computer literate
Working experience in related field
Able to support OT and accommodate shift change (if required)
Cleanroom environment.
Required to wear gloves, helmet, safety shoe, goggles and cleanroom suit.
