Salary: $2,800 - $3,500 SGD + commission
Comprehensive training and product knowledge support
Job Scope:
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.
Identify and approach potential clients, including businesses, cleaning companies, and medical facilities.
Conduct outdoor sales visits/ door knocking, product demonstrations, and presentations to prospective clients.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable cleaning products and solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product innovations.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and excellent after-sales service.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
Prior experience in outdoor sales, B2B sales, or related field will be an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel within assigned territories for client meetings and sales visits.
Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, or related products is an advantage.
