Job Description:
Issue Invoices, Credit Note from Xero;
Check and verify all suppliers invoices, issue/create all payment vouchers;
Manage the cash book and process reimbursement claims.
Handle daily accounting tasks, including AR/AP functions and preparing monthly journal vouchers for review, while inputting all accounting entries into the system.
Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable (AR) and prepare bank reconciliations, while monitoring daily bank balances.
Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of Fixed Assets, and process daily entries such as supplier invoices, receipts, and payments.
Prepare monthly management reports, including sales reports and PowerPoint presentations for management meetings, and handle quarterly GST returns and related accounts tasks.
Support audit-related activities, maintain organized filing and documentation, and perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
