This is a 12 month's contract role. You will be reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor from Warehouse Department.
Job Responsibilities
Operate according to the standardized operating procedures, guides and manual
Render correct cleaning and sanitation of processing equipment following Good Manufacturing practices
Conduct checking and inspection of materials to ensure it meets specifications for processing and production of salts and dry part concentrates
Prepare raw materials dispensing according to the plan and quality specifications
Move raw materials and batch concentrate from staging area to processing area. This will require driving forktrucks and/or motorized and manual pallet stacker
Perform SAP applications for transacting process order, good receipt and inventory
Operate the system manually or with the aid of basic process automation
Follow safe operation of dust collection system along with other Safety precautions and Safety criteria
Perform Basic Equipment Care, troubleshooting and maintenance of the assigned machine to minimize inefficiency
Perform 5S, routine cleaning for responsible areas
Practice and adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), OE Eight (8) wastes and Continuous improvement (Kaizen) culture
Perform Visual Management Board update, recording and documentation and maintenance of necessary operational records
Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Site System and ensure that a high standard of Health and Safety is always adhered to on site
Any other ad Hoc duties and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
NITEC Certification or equivalent preferred
Minimum 3 years of technical experience in food and beverage industry would be preferred
Basic working knowledge in warehouse operations
Driving Forklift, motorized and manual pallet stacker an advantage
