Follow strict food safety regulations and ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Manage food preparation efficiently, particularly during peak hours, while maintaining high standards.
Support stock management by monitoring ingredient levels and minimizing waste.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and assist in developing new menu items.
Learn and master traditional Japanese cooking techniques under the guidance of experienced chefs.
Job Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably with Japanese or yakitori experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for Japanese cuisine and willingness to learn and grow in culinary techniques.
Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, quality, and presentation.
