White plain polo top + black long pants/Jeans + covered shoes
Min 3 day weekday + 1 day weekend every week
Job Description:
Meet-and-Greet guests and assist them in any way possible to make their visit a memorable one;
Perform static duties such as guiding guests to purchase tickets; to the entry turnstile and to boarding for their flights;
Ensure guests adhere to the safety requirements; be firm but polite;
Checking tickets at entry point before admission;
Coordinate the boarding of VIPs, Private Capsule guests , PSD guests, etc;
Ensure the security is maintained at restricted access points;
Crowd control: ensure proper queue system;
Rotating shift work is required;
Any other duties as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
Some customer service experience required
Good communication & interpersonal skills
