Job Description:
Provide weekly and monthly reports, including staff return data, after-hours activity, and pass office audit results.
Address staff inquiries regarding parking, events, and vending machines.
Manage guest pre-registration, issue event passes (physical and electronic), coordinate flap barrier access, and handle parking requests for designated areas.
Maintain office supply inventory, ensuring timely replenishment and distribution.
Conduct monthly retrieval of visitor slips and lost and found items from all commercial sites.
Maintain and update the event schedule, including event details and locations.
Perform additional assigned duties.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of proven experience as office administrator
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Formulas i.e. if formulas, pivot table, data analysis etc., PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Meticulous, analytical, organized, resourceful, independent, self-motivated and enjoy challenges
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Good interpersonal, written and communication skills
