Job Responsibilities
- Reception duties and tasks include ensuring guests experience swift and enjoyable Arrival, Departure, and in-house experience.
- Work closely with Assistant Manager and provide customer service to guest and responds efficiently and tactfully to guest's complains, request and enquiries.
- Liaise with concierge, reception, bell counter and FO cashier on guest arrival and departure.
- Establish contact within house guest /long staying guest and renders assistant when necessary.
- Make courtesy calls to guests.
- To be well versed and updated on all tourist related information.
- Requisite and keep stock of promotional materials for daily operations.
- Undertake any other duties as may be assigned by superiors diligently and professionally.
- On the job training provided.
Requirement
- Customer-Service Oriented
- Willing to work rotating shifts including overnight (5 days work week/ 44hrs)
- Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays.
