Barista :
Salary : Basic $2,300 to $2,700 / Month
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of coffee-based beverages and teas
Basic service and food preparation
Maintain drinkware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation
Operate Point of Sales (POS) Systems when managing order
Address customers' queries on different types of beverages
Recommend coffee-based beverages and teas to customers
Build good rapport with customers to improve customers' experience
Follow customer service standards
Address customers' feedback
Execute initiatives under customer loyalty strategies
Requirements:
At least 1 years of experience in specialty coffee and the coffee industry
Infectious love of coffee and has high enthusiasm to share knowledge and skills
Food and hygiene certification preferred
Pastry Chef:
Salary : Basic $2,400 to $3,000 / Month
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake all bakery items for the menu and catered events following standardised recipes
Estimate baking needs, requisition adequate supplies, inventories supplies and keep record of products prepared and used
Ensure bakery and equipment are maintained according to proper health and sanitation standards
Do specialised decorating
Assist in developing and testing recipes
Assist in planning the bakery menu
Liaise daily with outlet Chefs to keep open lines of communication regarding guest feedback
Complete daily checks of all mis en place to ensure freshness and quality standards
Monitor stock movement and be responsible for ordering on your section
Requirements:
At least 1 year working experience as Pastry Chef/ Baker
Food and hygiene certification preferred
