Bank Contact Centre Officers (12 months contract)
Duration: 12 months contract + 2 months completion bonus (Shift Allowance - $300)
Location: Alexandra Road
Working hours: 5 days work week [Mon-Sun], staggered shifts
Salary: Up to $3,500 depending on experience + last drawn
Job Descriptions:
Handle inbound phone inquiries from the public regarding credit cards, loans, mortgages, and other financial products.
Manage incoming calls for both fraud and non-fraud departments, assisting customers with transaction disputes, unauthorized charges, lost or stolen cards, and account security concerns.
Be assigned to a specialized team focusing on specific product categories to provide accurate and efficient support.
Guide customers through account-related processes, such as balance inquiries, payment issues, and loan application statuses.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments while ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Comfortable with rostered shifts across 5 days work week and call center environment (Fast-paced and high-pressure work setting)
Prior call center/customer service experience would be preferred
Able to handle fast paced environment
Comfortable with undergoing training and acquiring extensive knowledge of banking and financial policies.
