Responsibilities

    Provide the best support and communication for our customers via email; Respond to questions, concerns, and feedback in a positive, concise, and empathetic manner, escalating internally when appropriate
    Track progress of customers’ orders by coordinating with internal stakeholders (Sales, Production, Distribution etc) and ensure order are fulfilled in a timely manner
    Collaborate with the Sales team to manage deals, renewals, and expansions
    Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding customer success requirements, and be an avenue for closed-loop product feedback
    Proactively reach out to customers to increase engagement and relationship expansion

Requirements

1-2 years of relevant experience preferred but fresh grads are encouraged to apply Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in customer success or account management will be highly advantageous Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers Proven ability as a problem-solver, demonstrating ownership and initiative in resolving issues Passionate about exceeding expectations and consistently delighting customers with exceptional service
