- Working closely with HR business partners/advisors and Centre of Excellence specialists to assess the organisation’s human capital needs and identify opportunities to apply data analytics.

- Possess relevant experience in an analytical function building and implementing various statistical models, working with large amounts of data and articulating problem statements/ business questions, data extraction and use of statistical approaches to arrive at an answer.
- Programming experience in statistical software and/or other programming language.
- Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends, and applied knowledge of statistics, measurements and model evaluation.
- HR & Workday domain knowledge, and people analytics-related experience is required.
- Attention to detail with strong execution focus and a clear communicator with the ability to articulate ideas with data.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- An independent self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and collaborating with HR/business stakeholders.
