Job Description :
  • Identify growth opportunities and challenges through data analysis. Maintain a broad view of growth-related topics, staying updated with industry news and trends
  • Apply functional knowledge in digital marketing, CRM, and basic product design to provide high-level analysis and strategic insights;
  • Communicate findings and initiatives to stakeholders ranging from C-suite to country marketing leads, articulating the strategic importance of their work and gaining support
  • Collaborate with other functional leads within the Business and Growth team as well as with Engineers and Developers, translating strategies into actionable plans for countries
  • Maintaining ongoing reporting and tracking the progress of growth initiatives
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience (strategy consulting, marketing, CRM, or growth product)
  • Proven skills in data-driven analysis, presentations, and interpersonal communication
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM, marketing, and/or Growth Product Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams from diverse markets and backgrounds including senior stakeholders and C-Suites.

About the Team :We are seeking a forward-thinking individual to join the Brand and Growth Team dedicated to assisting functional team leaders in defining omnichannel user growth and activation strategies. As a Growth Strategist, you will be mainly focused on improving the incoming traffic's conversion rate, and continuous active users via improvements of in-app experience. You will work with multiple areas and levels of stakeholders, providing deep insights and discovering opportunities through data-driven analysis, planning strategies, and steering the project end-to-end.
