  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Perform commissioning of Products from system setup to route mapping and product operations testing
  • Execute upgrade and modification requests for an existing hardware or system via remote or on-site support
  • Train the Product Operators and Service Team in operating a newly setup system, equipping them with product operations and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Prepare and submit theUser Acceptance Test, Progress Report, Project Report and other Operations related documents as needed
  • Escalate higher level issue to superior for immediate advice and action whenever needed
  • Collaborate closely with the Lead Project Engineer to align objectives and achieve team goals
  • Assist in attending to any project related issues via remote or on-site support
  • Execute ad hoc tasks on behalf of the Robotics Operations Team as needed
Skillsets:
  • Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering or other related fields
  • Proven work experience of at least 1 year as a Project Engineer or a similar role
  • Strong background in Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV)
  • Familiarity in mechanical/electrical hardware installation, setup and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity in system/network installation, setup and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity in AutoCAD, ElcoCAD and any other design and planning software
  • Familiarity of LINUX (Ubuntu) System and software troubleshooting will be an added advantage
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical / electrical prints and other related technical documentation
  • Strong working knowledge of equipment, tools and components used in the industry
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic applications such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to work independently and remain professional under pressure
  • Ability to clearly communicate with colleagues and end users
  • Additional Requirement:
  • Willing to travel locally in a short notice
  • Comfortable to work overtime as needed
  • Willing to be deployed overseas as needed
