  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description:

  • Handles the shipping arrangement with forwarders to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Coordinates with production planner/scheduler for the shipment schedules and ensure that goods are ready on time.
  • Liaise with IQC team for the inspection of documents prior shipment and send shipment notification to the customers and sales team for tracking purposes.
  • Supports overseas office by providing quotation and transport solutions, when necessary.
  • Receives and validates incoming goods and provides assistance to Store activities as and when required.
  • Generates documentation for billing to finance and ensures all shipping documents are in place.
  • Performs other duties as and when assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE "N" level or equivalent certificate.
  • At least 3 year relevant experience in handling shipment matters.
  • Possesses planning and time-management skills, good in communication and computer skills.
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to start work immediately.

Knowledge with Oracle & MSO Applications, Supply Chain Mgt.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
