Project Director
Responsibilities
· Report and Assist to Director
· Planning/Controlling/Monitoring/Managing & Directing the assigned project resources to best meet project objective.
· Responsible for managing the project and accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints of the Project Outcome.
· Efficient management of resources and materials
· To comply and Uphold Company Rules and Policies
· Responsible for project and site supervision, attend site meetings, coordination with sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants and clients and all scope of work that is required in the smooth implementation of a successful project development.
· Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the project execution.
· Study BOQ, Drawings & Prepare Material List and coordinate with factory/contractor on all material preparation, delivery and installation.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
· Assist/ Provide support to Charity/Community Events organized by the company and other relate4d task as and when assigned by the Management.
· Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by the Management.
Requirements:
· Min 10 years of relevant experiences in Interior Fit-out Industry
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management,
or candidates with relevant experience and proven track records will also be considered.
· Experience in Construction / Interior Design/ Furniture Industry will be an added advantage.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Able to start work within short notice preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,800.00 - $6,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
