Monthly Salary Range (SGD): 3000 - 3800

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with kitchen and management teams for smooth operations.
  • Train and guide new employees to ensure they adapt quickly.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and take necessary actions to improve service.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • 3 year of restaurant service experience with leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make quick decisions and manage a team under pressure.
