Key Responsibilities
1. Enhance Client Comfort and Experience
- Ensure all cabin essentials, including products and supplies, are always stocked and ready for use.
- Keep our spaces inviting by ensuring towels, blankets, and pillows are clean and refreshed weekly.
2. Maintain Excellence in Cleanliness and Hygiene
- Create a welcoming, sterile environment by cleaning treatment rooms and equipment after every patient visit.
- Ensure all machines are pristine and in top working condition, upholding the highest operational standards.
3. Support Seamless Operations
- Verify and manage incoming packages, ensuring accurate processing and attention to detail.
- Oversee consent and package forms, ensuring patients are informed and all documentation is complete.
4. Drive Organizational Success
- Use Google Sheets to monitor daily packages, manage dispensing, and track purchasing quantities.
- Keep our systems up-to-date by entering accurate payment details into our Plato software.
- Send timely settlement updates to patients via WhatsApp and email at the end of each shift.
5. Lead with Confidence
- Collaborate with supervisors to oversee clinic operations in the absence of the manager.
- Manage workflows and guide the team to success during managerial absences.
6. Empower Growth and Retention
- Train and mentor new hires, sharing knowledge of aesthetic treatment protocols and assisting techniques.
- Build strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and promoting loyalty programs or package deals.

What we're looking for:
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven Expertise: At least 2-3 years of experience in beauty or retail customer service, where you’ve mastered the art of delighting clients.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to connect with customers, build rapport, and make every interaction memorable.
- Passion for Beauty & Wellness: A genuine enthusiasm for skincare, wellness, and beauty, with a commitment to staying up-to-date on the latest products and treatments.
Your Technical Know-How
- Hands-On Expertise: Proficiency in performing facials and body treatments tailored to meet clients' unique needs while ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Advanced Techniques: Skilled in device-based treatments, such as Hydrafacial, IPL, and Fat Freezing, delivering transformative results with precision.
