Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify potential clients, generate new leads, and cultivate strong relationships to expand the customer base.
- Proactively approach VIP and high-potential clients to promote our wine offerings and secure sales.
- Present and communicate the unique features of our wine portfolio to clients, tailoring recommendations to their preferences.
- Monitor sales trends and market feedback to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide personalized client experiences, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations for corporate or group clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records, track performance metrics, and prepare reports for management review.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including managing orders, invoicing, and ensuring timely payment collections.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging wine offerings, and competitor activities to inform sales approaches.
Qualifications:
- Good understanding of after-sales and upselling processes and strategies
- Familiarity with Retail, Hospitality, or F&B markets is a plus
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong emphasis on service standards and professional image
- Has a positive and never-say-die attitude
