- Manage clients virtually with some face to face client interaction, primarily through the telephone and emails, managing our highest value clients where professionalism, client focus and strong understanding of the fundamentals of financial planning are critical to the success of the business
- Attend to client service requests through the telephone and email, on both service and sales matters

- Some proven and progressive financial services or retail sales experience or equivalent
- Evidence of strong service experience in banking industry
- Relationship management experience with Premier clients
- Strong communication, client focus and influencing skills
- Understanding of business banking client segment, products and services
- Clear view on how to work with Compliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment
- Able to communicate well in English and local languages
