- Lead the development and execution of technical implementation plans to achieve identified customer outcomes for named accounts.
- Coordinate implementation activities within product expertise and communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients as well.
- Manage customer interactions in a manner that establishes credibility and trust as a business advisor, providing clear guidance about next steps, maintaining open lines of communication, and connecting customers to the appropriate GEV resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to successfully deliver the implementation to meet the schedule, cost and quality commitments.
- Manage continuous improvement efforts regarding the development of tools and processes that support our implementation deliverables.
- Collaborate with Sales function to undertake presales and tender works for MMS tenders and bids, as required.
- Communicate effectively with PM, Customer and Project team (APAC and global) on project and technical items such as project status, risks and mitigation, scope, and issues
- Utilize software delivery performance measurement tools and indicators (e.g. Jira burndown charts)
- Agile mindset and ability to work with one or more Scrum Teams (Region and Global team) to execute and deliver solutions for our customers
- Good understanding of DevOps concepts, such as automated builds, automated deployments and automated tests, to lead customers and apply those concepts to your daily deliverables
- Validate project scope review in coordination with the Solution Design team identifying, documenting, and estimating any change requests (CR) or project risks with mitigation plans.
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering Discipline from an accredited university or college
- Proven experience in a senior technical consultancy role within the electrical utility industry especially with OT technologies such as any of MMS, EMS, DMS, OMS solutions.
- Experience with energy & ancillary services markets such as DA & RT is a plus. High level understanding of market systems solution from an OT standpoint is desirable.
- Minimum of 15 years related work experience leading engineering teams implementing a suite of products and engaging directly with customers
- Committed to maintaining the highest standards of service quality in all aspects of project delivery
- Experience with Enterprise System Integration, Delivery Management, Relational Database or similar programming languages/technologies.
- Experience with integration of complex software development solutions/ecosystems
- Excellent analytical and/or debugging skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software development practices, languages, and tools.
- Excellent and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
