- Optimize Workday: Ensure an efficient and user-friendly Workday environment for all users.

- Prioritize and Plan: Structure and prioritize agency requirements, communicating plans with stakeholders for review, approval, and implementation.
- Stay Informed: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in HRIS technology and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- HR Policies and Processes: Leverage your in-depth understanding of HR policies and hands-on experience with HR processes to seamlessly integrate them into our HRIS. Familiarity with Compensation and Performance processes, as well as Public Service HR policies and practices, is a plus.
- Enterprise Systems Experience: Utilize your experience in managing data, HR transactions, and processes within an HRIS. Prior experience in implementing, maintaining, and improving HRIS systems, particularly Workday, is highly preferred.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand their issues, identify gaps, gather feedback, and collaborate with System Integrators and Central Team colleagues to develop and communicate effective solutions. Strong written, oral communication, and documentation skills are essential.
- Clear Thinking and Sound Judgement: Navigate ambiguous situations and take a long-term operational perspective to identify opportunities and gaps. Address these from a user-centric viewpoint, and be comfortable co-solutioning and implementing new initiatives.
- Project and Change Management: Exhibit excellent planning skills to manage milestones for HRIS annual maintenance and new initiatives. Communicate effectively with affected stakeholders, ensuring they remain engaged throughout the process.
