Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with signing up profiles.

  • Create meaningful online memorials to commemorate the deceased.

  • Set up event equipments such as router and LED screen

  • Manage attendee communication, and feedback collection.

  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.

  • Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare summary reports.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.

  • Flexible and able to accommodate last-minute arrangements.

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
