Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of ship repair and maintenance projects from initiation to completion.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and proactively addressing potential risks or delays.
Coordinate with shipyard teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with industry regulations.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, technical records, meeting minutes, and status updates.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial constraints.
Conduct site inspections and ensure all repair and maintenance activities meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Identify and resolve project-related issues and bottlenecks promptly.
Ensure adherence to industry standards such as IMO, SOLAS, and class regulations.
Support quality assurance and safety compliance processes to maintain operational excellence.
Perform administrative duties related to project execution, including data entry, scheduling, and report generation.
