Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong drive to exceed sales targets. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and driving business growth. You will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services while building lasting relationships with customers
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development: Identify and prospect new clients to grow the customer base through outbound and inbound sales activities.
Consultative Selling: Understand customers' business requirements and provide personalized product/service recommendations.
Relationship Building: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the company's products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, referrals, and online marketing efforts.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations, follow up on leads, and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns that arise.
Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, activities, and customer feedback to management.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (optional).
