You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of scaffolding operations in marine environments. Your key responsibilities will include:

Planning, coordinating, and supervising scaffolding activities for marine projects, including ship repairs, offshore structures, and construction sites.

Ensuring compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.

Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Managing scaffolding inventory, equipment, and materials to ensure availability and proper maintenance.

Conducting site inspections and risk assessments to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Preparing detailed reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders.

Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

A Diploma/higher diploma in Engineering, Marine Studies, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in scaffolding operations, preferably in the marine or offshore industry.

Strong knowledge of scaffolding techniques, materials, and safety standards (e.g. OSHA, ISO, or equivalent).

Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

A proactive approach with a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
