Roles & Responsibilities
Duties and Knowledge
Assist the Senior Sales and Leasing Executive in formulating, implementing marketing strategies and advertising plans for lease and sale of properties
Possess good knowledge of retail/office/residential property markets and management of leasing and tenancies matters
Ensure the timely filing of all vacancy claims of vacant properties and inform Property Tax Dept of new tenancies
Actively negotiate and conclude tenancies with prospective tenants, renewal of tenancy with existing tenant, preparation of Tenancy/renovation deposit and etc
Assist the Leasing/Property team to establish strong networks with real estate agents
Assist Senior Sales & Leasing Executive for day to day operations of the Sales & Leasing department
Conduct regular inspections of properties and identify defects, ensure handover and return of leased properties and prepare inventory and discrepancy list
Ensure proper management of properties and establish strong collaborative landlord-tenants relationship including prompt payment of rental and debt recovery and to address any concerns that they may have
Qualifications and Competencies
Qualification in Estate management with at least 1-3 years of relevant experience
Possess good knowledge of retail/office/commercial property markets and management of leasing and tenancies matters
Excellent persuasion, negotiation and presentation and strong communication skills
Strong sense of customer service and good inter-personal skill
Team player and resourceful and able to work independently with high level of integrity
