Job Title: Project Administrator / Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

Position Title: Project Administrator / Coordinator

Location: West Area

Working Hours: 5.5 days a week (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM, Sat (Half day))

Salary Package: $1,800 - $3,000 (depending on experience)

Employment Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage project documentation

- Handle administrative functions for both new and ongoing projects

- Oversee daily project operations, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met

- Regularly report progress to the Project Manager

- Schedule meetings, document decisions, and allocate tasks

Min. Qualifications:

- Minimum of ITE Nitec to Degree Certification

- At least 1 year of working experience (preferably in construction or interior design)

- Comfortable reading drawings and performing calculations

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Training provided for candidates with less experience
