About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and internationally-minded Reservations Executive to handle guest inquiries, bookings, and reservation services, ensuring seamless experiences for our guests. You will play a key role in converting sales inquiries, maximizing revenue, and assisting with guest check-ins before boarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle phone and email inquiries professionally and be the friendly face and voice of our guests. Maintain cordial relationships with public guests. Assist in planning special occasion surprises (proposals, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.). Follow up on tentative bookings and update reservation status accordingly. Monitor no-show and canceled reservations, ensuring proper processing per company policies. Oversee customer check-ins before boarding the ship. Operate and manage our ticketing system – IT literacy is a must!

Requirements:

Candidate Must be bilingual (Mandarin & English). Prior experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
