Rise 'n Shine is seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, video production, and podcasting. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for filming, editing, and producing engaging short-form videos and podcasts that align with our brand's vision and resonate with our audience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Film and edit high-quality short-form videos for social media platforms (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.).
  • Produce and edit engaging podcast episodes, ensuring high audio and video quality.
  • Conceptualize, script, and storyboard content ideas that align with Rise n Shine’s brand and messaging.
  • Set up, operate, and manage video and audio recording equipment.
  • Optimize content for various social media and digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Stay updated with trends and best practices in video and podcast content creation.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies and campaigns.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual and audio style.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in filming, editing, and producing short-form videos and podcasts.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with audio editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms and content optimization strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with YouTube content creation and podcasting trends is a plus.
