Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols related to engine operation and maintenance.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of engine room and mechanical systems.
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response activities.
Fuel Management:
- Monitor fuel consumption and ensure efficient fuel usage.
- Manage fuel inventories and conduct fuel transfers when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of fuel usage and report discrepancies.
Operational Support:
- Assist with the operation of other vessel systems, such as steering, navigation, and mooring.
- Support the deck crew with general vessel operations when required.
- Communicate effectively with the Captain and other crew members regarding engine status and operational needs.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate logs of engine performance, maintenance activities, and any incidents.
- Prepare and submit reports on engine conditions, fuel consumption, and maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company policies regarding documentation.

Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,000.00 per month
