Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant

Working Hours:

  • 4 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
  • Excluding public holidays
  • Available shifts:
  • Morning Shift: 9:45 AM – 1:45 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Salary:

  • S$15 per hour, inclusive of CPF contribution (if applicable)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with customer reception and inquiries professionally
  • Organize and manage daily office administrative tasks
  • Maintain general office tidiness and ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

  • Proficient in computer applications, including data entry, browser and email software
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an administrative, data entry or customer service role is an advantage
