Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant
Working Hours:
- 4 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
- Excluding public holidays
- Available shifts:
- Morning Shift: 9:45 AM – 1:45 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Salary:
- S$15 per hour, inclusive of CPF contribution (if applicable)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with customer reception and inquiries professionally
- Organize and manage daily office administrative tasks
- Maintain general office tidiness and ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Proficient in computer applications, including data entry, browser and email software
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an administrative, data entry or customer service role is an advantage
Benefits:
