Part-Time Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our operations.
Location: 203 Henderson Road (Nearby Tiong Bahru MRT)
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Hourly Rate: $12 per hour | Min 16 hrs a week (2 working days)
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Record Management: Accurately enter and update data into company systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- File Cleanup & Organization: Maintain and organize electronic and physical documents, ensuring easy retrieval.
- Pricing Updates: Assist in updating pricing information in databases, ensuring accuracy across all platforms.
- Invoices & Delivery Notes: Prepare, verify, and process invoices and delivery notes for smooth transactions.
- Administrative Support: Assist with other general administrative duties as required.
- Ad-hoc duties: Whenever required

- Accounting Software (Zoho / Quickbooks)
- Canva (Simple artwork editing)
- Online Platforms (Woocommerce / Wix / Carousell / Shopee / Lazada)
- Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Powerpoint)
Additional Information
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative work is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
