Client Director – Travel & Transportation
Job Title: Client Director - Travel & Transportation Enterprise Accounts
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Director to lead business development efforts for our Travel & Transportation Enterprise Accounts. This role is ideal for proactive sales professional who excels in identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with deep expertise in the industry and a clear understanding of its challenges. You will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan focused on Travel & Transportation accounts.
- Identify high-value target accounts and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Understand and effectively communicate our service offerings to executives, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Strong knowledge of the Travel & Transportation industry and an established network of contacts.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with consultative selling methodologies and solution-based selling.
- A strategic thinker who can communicate a vision and align solutions across multiple business areas.
- Skilled in generating leads through various methods, including networking, cold outreach, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
