Business Operations Senior Executive / Manager with a specific focus to drive operational excellence and strategic enhancements. This role entails a seamless operational journey for our clients, partners in achieving efficiency and compliance across our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage reports and data analytics.

· Optimization, streamline or improve day to day trading activities.

· Liaise with internal department for contract endorsement and assist in verifying contractual T/Cs.

· Backoffice and controlling functions related to trading activities

· Drive planning and operations for the content, structure, documentation including but not limited to leadership meetings, offsites, business reviews, all hands sessions.

· Efficiently manage and drive excellence for knowledge management, policy frameworks, meticulous filing processes to achieve business continuity.

· Assist the traders in preparation of tender documents and proposals

· Prepare and generate accurate and timely invoices to customers.

· Ensure collections are processed timely.

· Other adhoc duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree a relevant field with min 2-3 years of work experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, PowerPoint, and especially excel)

· Experience with sales software and data analytics tools e.g. CRM, PowerBI would be an advantage

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and comfort in working with numbers

· Experience in sales/business operations planning and execution in Finance and Controlling (Background in Utilities, Trading, Clean Energy, Renewable Energy Certificates or Carbon Management sectors would be an added advantage).

· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

· Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred.
