Animator

We are seeking a skilled and versatile 3D Animator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent character animation fundamentals, a refined sense of motion and acting, and experience with diverse animation techniques.

Job scope:

• Create high-quality 3D character animations that align with project concepts and storylines.
• Work closely with team members to ensure the smooth integration of animations into the production pipeline.
• Utilize a range of animation techniques, including keyframe animation and motion capture, tailored to the requirements of each project.
• Adapt to different animation styles, from stylized to realistic, based on project needs.
• Ensure animations uphold studio standards and enhance storytelling through expressive motion, good timing, and compelling character acting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 3D Animator in a production environment, with a portfolio that showcases strong character animation and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard animation software, such as Autodesk Maya or Blender.
• A strong understanding of animation principles, body mechanics, timing, and acting.
• Experience with motion capture workflows is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate within a team environment and adapt to feedback constructively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey ideas clearly.
