- Develop training plans for the team, including induction, on-the-job training, and certification.
- Support and guide the team by providing timely and constructive feedback and empowering employees to take on higher responsibilities.
- Conduct Gemba to identify difficulties and areas of improvement, taking necessary actions to address them.
- Ensure safety, operation procedures, the field, and 5S are strictly observed and adhered to.
- Participate in and communicate manufacturing safety risk assessments.
- Ensure documentation, data, and inventory accuracies.
- Degree in any engineering field or equivalent experience; fresh graduates can apply.
- Diploma with any engineering field with more than 5 years’ experience.
- 1 to 5 years’ experience in a supervisory position, preferably in an Instrument assembly process environment.
- More than 5 years’ experience in shopfloor manufacturing planning will be considered.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Able to work under pressure and make sound decisions independently.
- Good supervisory skills, including leading, motivating, and developing others.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organization and leadership skills.
- Familiar with ISO 90001 and good manufacturing practices.
