Perform daily stocks transfers by keying in data of stocks movements and keeping record of these movements.
Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems or software.
Regularly update stock levels, item codes, and product descriptions to ensure accuracy.
Participate in regular stock take to reconcile physical stock with the records.

Keep the warehouse clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Receiving and Inspecting Merchandise:
Receive incoming products, verify their quantity, and inspect them for any damages or discrepancies.
Check that all deliveries match the purchase orders and packing lists.
Any other adhoc jobs assigned by superiors
Qualifications and Skills
Familiarity with computer and Microsoft outlook and excel is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Physical ability to lift cartons and heavy products as required (from 1kg to 15kg per carton)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments.
Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
