Job Duties

Attend to and handle general enquiries/ feedback for walk-ins and call-ins
Keep proper records of all enquiries/ feedback received in accordance with guidelines
Assist in collation of feedback via various channels and key into NCMS
Ensure that the reception / office/ lounge/ meeting room areas (Level 2) are clean and tidy
Filing management:
Assist in preparation of documents (when required)
Assist in sorting out documents for proper filing purposes
Assist in proper record management system, as assigned
Tenants Notification Management on any announcements, works in progress, etc., as and when assigned and required
Key Press Management (when required):
Maintain the storage of keys
Ensure proper tagging and recording of keys
General maintenance management of office equipment, etc. (e.g., repair works calls, etc.)
Take stock of various inventories and stationeries and assist in procurement of items when necessary
Other duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

Min. GCE “O” Level with 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service in any industry
Must be comfortable handling animals (especially dogs and cats)

Additional Info

Monday to Thursday: 0830 to 1830
Fridays: 0830 to 1730
