Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm, Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Gather feedback regarding pharmacy products and services
Negotiate pricing with suppliers and conduct market surveys to maintain competitive pricing
Manage promotional activities, liaising with suppliers and ensuring timely updates
Maintain SAP and pharmacy data
Assist in overseeing the purchasing officer's work, including managing returns and ensuring proper documentation
Supervise retail assistants, ensuring proper merchandising, product stock, and customer service
Monitor inventory and ensure products are stored securely and within their shelf-life
Update and maintain the home delivery service station
Track retail pharmacy procedures and policies for ongoing improvements.
Compile product information for evaluation by committees.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Retail Coordinator to prepare management reports
Participate in continuing education and customer service training for pharmacy staff.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special purchase requests
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in any discipline
Ability to manage inventory and supplier relationships.
1-3 years of experience in retail pharmacy or similar environment is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills with a compassionate, courteous attitude.
