As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent within our clients' organizations. - es:Conduct research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networ
- ks.Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for open positio
- ns.Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment proce
- ss.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each positi
- on.Prepare and submit candidate reports to clients, highlighting the top candidates for each ro
- le.Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring proce
- ss.Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of our recruitment strategi
- es.Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand our talent pool and increase brand visibili
ty.
Qualificati
- ons:Fresh graduates with Bachelor's and above deg
- ree.Prior experience in recruitment, human resources, sales, or a related fi
