Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
Duration: Immediate (9 months contract renewable)

Job Scopes:


Examine new claims and promptly record them in the system
Solicit and scrutinize all necessary documents supporting a claim
Collaborate closely with Traders and yards/regions to ensure prompt settlement agreement for a claim
Ensure appropriate authorization for issuing claims
Handle debit notes/credit notes for settling claims for both customers and yards/regions
Inform customers of the status of their claims, payment schedules, and other relevant details
Maintain a database of claims and provide assistance in generating reports as needed
Cooperate with Accounting to ensure resolution of claims.
