Responsibilities (Management Trainee):
Oversee daily operations, staff management, and ensure excellent customer service.
Assist in hiring, training, onboarding, and maintaining standard operating procedures.
Supervise staff, uphold service standards, and handle customer inquiries or complaints.
Manage payroll, inventory, financial reporting, and optimize labor costs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations while maintaining cleanliness.
Monitor food & beverage quality, take orders, and provide professional service
Responsibilities (Waiter/Waitress):
Make orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and high service standards at all times.
Attend roll calls, training sessions, and follow operational procedures.
Handle shift responsibilities and support smooth daily operations.
