Description

5 days / 5.5 days / 6 days work week: Retail hours
Basic up to $3,000
Location: Central or Changi

Responsibilities:

Handle operational calls and respond to customer requests.
Manage daily paperwork, including invoices, and input service and repair jobs into the system.
Serve as a Customer Service Advisor when needed.
Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction.
Be self-motivated and driven to achieve monthly sales targets.
Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
