Senior Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager, Lifestyle Concierge
Casa Clava, an exclusive and premium membership club that offer bespoke and premium experiences that centers around entertainment, travel, sports and wellness is looking for individuals who are passionate about luxury lifestyle and delivering excellent guests services to join us as Lifestyle Concierge, Senior Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager.
As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing member relations, including prompt response to queries, processing membership applications and payments, promoting club events, and ensuring seamless administrative operations while delivering exceptional service to enhance the overall member experience.
- Process new applications, update member records, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining confidentiality.
- Keep members informed about membership policies, upcoming events, promotions, and offerings through newsletters, invitations, and reminders.
- Assist with special requests, such as booking reservations, arranging private events, and offering tailored recommendations.
- Handle member concerns, complaints, and feedback with professionalism, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Manage membership fee collections, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records for dues and transactions.
- To promote member-exclusive events and maximize engagement through targeted communication.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the overall member experience and encourage participation in activities.
- Manage dining, event, and facility reservations, ensuring accuracy and real-time updates in the system.
- Maintain thorough, accurate records of member interactions, membership status, and guest visits for efficient tracking.
- Ensure the concierge desk and all service areas uphold high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and luxury.
Job Requirement
- Tertiary education is preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Hospitality, Travel (e.g. airlines) industry or customer service focused role.
- Resourceful, independent, possesses initiative and drive
- Team player with good hands-on multi-tasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Work experience in Singapore and/or APAC market is essential
- Flexible working on public holidays and weekends
- Knowledge in Luxury lifestyle is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
