  • Client Support: Provide administrative and operational support to Relationship Managers in managing client portfolios and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Assist with opening and maintaining client accounts, managing documentation, and ensuring all account-related tasks are handled in a timely manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Process client transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and investments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
  • Portfolio Support: Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to clients’ investment portfolios, financial planning, and performance reviews.
  • Client Onboarding: Support the onboarding process of new clients, including gathering necessary documentation, assisting with KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements, and coordinating initial meetings.
  • Administrative Assistance: Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to client accounts and ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
Role requirements
  • CACS 1 & 2 required
  • 5+ years of experience within the private banking sector
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate client needs
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
