- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior management, board members, and external partners to ensure security efforts are aligned with organizational goals.
2. Risk Management
- Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities, threats, and potential security gaps.
- Crisis Management: Oversee crisis management plans, ensuring the company is prepared to handle any security emergencies such as natural disasters, cyber-attacks, or physical breaches.
- Incident Response: Lead responses to security incidents, including investigating breaches, coordinating with law enforcement if necessary, and reporting to stakeholders.
3. Operational Oversight
