Assistant Manager / Manager (Shared Secretariat Services) - Contract
To provide outreach, advisory and project facilitation services to support the growth, industry transformation and capability development SCCCI’s trade associations and their SME members.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute outreach / communication programmes with trade associations (and their members) to conduct roadmap/ work plans for their industry transformation.
- Identify, scope and facilitate trade associations’ industry promotion and development projects/ initiatives in line with their roadmap goals.
- Engage and analyze trade associations’ advocacy issues and work with relevant government agencies to support trade associations’ downstream projects and initiatives.
- Promote and support cross trade associations industry collaboration efforts and projects.
- Cultivate synergistic partnerships and build networks with external expertise and solution providers to support trade associations projects/ initiatives.
- Undertake other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- A degree in business or communications.
- Strong project management, communication and people engagement skills.
- Aptitude in problem solving and can contribute effectively in a teamwork environment.
- Relevant work experience with trade associations and different government agencies will be an advantage
