Job Overview: Will support the HR department in all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and offering job positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Employee Onboarding and Orientation:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth integration into the company.
- Employee Relations and Communication:
- Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve conflicts and improve workplace satisfaction.
- Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process by tracking and managing employee reviews and feedback.
- Assist in identifying employee development needs and training opportunities.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, compensation, benefits, and leave balances.
- Handle employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Assist in developing career growth plans and professional development programs.
- Payroll and Compensation:
- Assist in payroll preparation by ensuring accurate attendance, overtime, and deduction records.
- Support compensation and benefits analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay.
- HR Reporting and Analytics:
- Assist in generating HR reports for management on staffing, turnover, training, and performance metrics.
- Analyze data to help make informed decisions and optimize HR processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resource role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR software, payroll systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
